We start with a Consumer Immersion and Key Stakeholder Interviews, and then step outside your category with Future Casting. We’ll scan the world your consumers live in, listening to what they are saying about your category in the broader context of their lives.
This pre-workshop discovery culminates in an in-person session with your entire team that leverages the synergies of business objectives and consumer needs. The stimuli are custom-designed territories for ideation. The Inside/Out Workshop ensures that the ideas are grounded in the strength of these synergies, and ready to move to the next level of development.
