Fredbird helps Brädo Creative Insight celebrate its move to a new 22,000 sq. ft. headquarters.

ST. LOUIS, MO, March 27, 2017 – Brädo Creative Insight, one of the fastest growing Market Research
Agencies in the Midwest, moved into its new 22,000 sq. ft. headquarters in downtown St. Louis on Friday, March 24. Propelled by 25% to 30% average annual growth for the last 6 years, the almost 50 employee strategic research agency has moved into its 3rd location in less than 5 years.

Less than five years ago, Brädo had 12 employees and operated their successful small business out of a rehabbed home in the historic Soulard neighborhood. As word spread within the industry of a research agency that provided creative insight for major global brands, Brädo’s need for more thinkers and more space led them to the larger and more collaborative space of The Cupples One building at 10th and Clark in downtown St. Louis. 

There, the business really thrived, quadrupling in size, in both employees and revenue. In addition to its brand positioning work, the agency expanded its services to offer Digital and Shopper Insight as well as Front End Innovation for many Fortune 500 brands. This rapid growth has inspired yet another move, this time just down the street, to The Cupples Nine building, a space twice the size of the 10th & Clark space.   

Bob Cuneo and Steve Nollau are co-founders of Brädo Creative Insight. “This new space gives our amazing employees a very cool and inspiring place to continue producing great strategic work for our clients.” An avid Cardinals fan, Nollau continues, “and the fact that we can now call the St. Louis Cardinals our next-door neighbor sealed the deal! Our new headquarters will allow us to grow exponentially to meet the demands of our global clients.”

 Added Cuneo, “with double the space and the significant investment we’ve made in incredible technology, we can solve the capacity issues we’ve had the past few years.”

In addition to a full service, state-of-the-art research facility and a one of a kind digital lab for User Experience research, the new Brädo office will also feature cutting-edge technology for all their work stations and conference rooms. This includes an Interactive Digital Wall feature that allows Brädo employees and their clients to work, write and think together virtually, in a seamless manner.

Brädo Creative Insight is a St. Louis-based strategic market research agency that specializes in empathy-based customer behavior explorations, Brand Strategy and Positioning, Digital Strategy, Advertising Optimization, Shopper Marketing Insight and dynamic Front End Innovation.
