Position Summary

Our Business Development Manager will be responsible for bringing in new business, finding and developing leads and helping us expand our client base. They will be responsible for initiating and developing strategic relationships while building and managing a sales pipeline. We are seeking to hire a driven sales professional with knowledge of the agency world and integrated marketing. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven business development leader. The ideal candidate will have experience selling services to healthcare clients in the medical device, biotech and/or life science fields.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Identifying new customers and markets and approaches to reaching them
  • Feeding and maintaining the pipeline
  • Selling our portfolio of solutions
  • Delivering exceptional sales results
  • Lead marketing efforts
  • Conduct in-person and virtual sales calls and build strategic relationships with key contacts to understand opportunities for adding value
  • Identifying brand and market challenges clients have and facilitating a deep understanding of the Irvine office’s suite of solutions to address those challenges
  • Additionally, understanding Brado’s full suite of offerings and when to bring those to the perspective client’s attention for an integrated solution
  • Driving prospects through to contract award
  • Overseeing the effective response to RFP requests
  • Transitioning wins to the account team seamlessly


  • 3 – 5 years of experience selling within or to the Agency / Creative / Consulting industry
  • Excellent closing skills with a proven track record of success
  • Highly polished, professional and consultative selling style and strong business ethic
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Dynamic presenter who tailors the style and content of communication to gain maximum impact
