Position Summary

The Associate Creative Director, Design, plays a crucial role as the design lead within projects and client programs by inspiring, driving, and bringing exceptional creative ideas to life in collaboration with our multi-disciplinary teams. Responsible for helping brands amplify their differentiation and value by leveraging the competitive advantage of design.

 

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Oversees and guides the ideation and execution of original strategic, conceptual,
    and systematic brand and campaign thinking
  • Supports team leadership on large, complex and multi-faceted engagements;
    provides creative leadership on assignments
  • Works closely with strategists and writers by contributing a strong and effective visual expression to our creative output; ensures deliverables fulfill the brief
  • Shapes work from concept through delivery by bringing brand strategy to life in creative ways supported by rationale
  • Takes ownership of assignments, sets creative direction and crafts design strategies, concepts and solutions that pay off brand strategy; provides hands-on guidance to creative teams as the owner of the design expression for assignments
  • Ensures the quality of work produced meets our standards as well as client expectations, by solving complex communication problems, taking responsibility for the detail, embracing feedback, and adapting to change on assignments.

  • A design-related Bachelor’s degree (postgraduate degree a plus)
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in an agency setting, with an exceptional portfolio demonstrating sound strategic thinking, creativity, and systematic execution
