Creative Insight Fellowship Program

Chicago or St Louis

The Brado Creative Insight Fellowship is a program designed to identify, develop and immerse future creative strategy and project management rock stars in the ways of Brado Creative Insight while leveraging their support on critical project logistics, day-day running of the business and internal innovation initiatives.

The Fellowship program is designed to expose entry level Creative Insight staff to both our Creative Strategy as well as our Project Management tracks to develop both well rounded future Creative Insight team members plus help in determining which track will ultimately be the best fit for each Fellow.

Creative Insight Associates will be assigned to one of Brado’s 4 account-focused hubs for the duration of the fellowship for continuity in their managers and team. Associates will also be assigned a senior mentor with whom they can meet with regularly for guidance, advocacy and custom growth opportunities. Fellowship associates will also work together as a group throughout the program, learning from each other and may be tasked with group assignments.

In the interview process potential candidates will identify the track (Creative Strategy or Project Management) they feel best fits their skills/passion long-term and interviewers will also note where they see the best fit. Fellowship Associates will spend on average 75% of their time supporting Brado with assignments specific to their track (CS/PM).
