DIRECTOR OF MARKETING ANALYTICS

Brado is seeking a Director of Marketing Analytics to join our Activation group. You will work directly with account leaders and cross-functional strategists to identify and track KPIs across our client’s full customer journey.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Facilitate information delivery and management; including big data, BI & marketing analytics.

Connect all pieces of data to deliver strategic guidance to clients.

Effectively translate complex business requirements into an optimal and scalable data model with visualization

Take an active role in the performance management process 

Plan and implement an overall marketing analytics strategy

Must be comfortable working with multiple datasets with a high degree of complex relationships

Help define the most important KPIs to track and measure

Define different KPIs for different channels

Explain and train employees on existing and new marketing analytics strategies

Collaborate with both front-line marketers and senior leaders

Forecast and develop the right strategies, campaigns, and tests to run

QUALIFICATIONS

6+ years of full-time work experience in BI or other data analytics intense roles

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field

Demonstrated understanding of enterprise data warehouse, big data, BI & analytics,

Excel Wizard – Duh!

Expert in Google Analytics and sometimes Adobe Analytics – Sorry 🙁
Strong experience with two or more of the following; Tableau, Salesforce Einstein, Power BI, Domo, Datoroma, Qlik.

Any background with Python or R is considered a plus
