Manager, Reporting and Analytics

 Position Summary 

The Manager of Reporting and Analytics is technically skilled with a strategic mindset and has extensive knowledge of Tableau. They guide cross-functional team members in collecting, aggregating, interpreting, and visualizing data to provide insight. They have expertise in connecting data from multiple sources to create cohesive and meaningful reporting as well as a strong understanding of data visualization techniques and best practices to bring reporting to life.  They are driven to continually improve processes and offerings. They enjoy collaborating across teams to share knowledge and develop best in class solutions.   

Key Areas of Responsibility  

  • Strategically guide reporting and analytic solutions that connect data from multiples sources, including paid media campaign data, client 1st party data, and 3rd party data 
  • Lead development of automated reporting solutions in Tableau, mentoring data scientists and analysts to increase skillsets across teams 
  • Apply and share knowledge of best practices in data visualization to guide development of compelling client-facing dashboards 
  • Develop and gain alignment on clear reporting objectives that address campaign or project objectives and client business objectives 
  • Become the internal expert on all data used in reporting, clearly explaining definitions and nuances in data to internal teams and clients 
  • Collaborate effectively across teams (strategy, paid media, design, data science) to improve processes, optimize solutions, and share knowledge 
  • Establish and maintain credibility and trust with clients around Brado reporting & analytics 
  • Facilitate continued assessment and improvement of processes, tools, and data sources  
  • Manages direct reports, while embodying Brado’s “In Service to Others” manager best practices, specifically the key tenets of Accessibility, Empowerment & Developing Others. 
  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned. 

 Qualifications & Additional Basic Responsibilities  

  • 5+ years experience with digital marketing reporting & analytics, ideally in an agency environment
  • 5+ years experience working with web data, search data, social media data (paid & organic) Familiar with frameworks and programs such as Cloud Computing Platforms, their cloud data solutions, SQL/NoSQL databases, ETL frameworks and workflows 
  • Experience managing direct report(s) 
  • High-level of expertise in Tableau (required), PowerBI, Google Data Studio 
  • Strong understanding of and ability to apply best practices in data visualization 
  • Comfortable working with a variety of data sources: Google Suite (Adwords, DV360, Campaign Manager 350, Google Analytics, Google Search Console), Bing Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc. 
  • Familiarity with AI, ML and NLP concepts
  • Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred
