Programmatic Display Manager – Media Team

Position Summary

Brado is looking for a Manager of Programmatic Display. This candidate is responsible for owning and managing a variety of digital marketing campaigns that will drive growth for clients. This includes creating and managing campaigns, making optimizations, and assisting with overall client strategy. Additionally, a programmatic manger should excel at taking charge in client meetings when discussing paid media initiatives. A successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in programmatic display.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Execute and support programmatic display campaigns, including but not limited to account setup, strategy development, organization, and management
  • Tactics include banners, online video + connected TV, audio, native, rich media
  • Provide programmatic bidding expertise and understand bidding best practices to improve campaign performance
  • Able to understand and report how display channels influence the overall media plan performance
  • Manage other digital marketing programs where applicable. Inclusive of display, remarketing, social and more
  • Mentor and effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities to junior member on the team
  • Daily use of reporting, analytics and trend tools
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for client reporting to inform strategy
  • Provide agency and client deliverables including paid media plans, POVs, competitive analyses, and strategic insight
  • Able to determine breakout between working with managed vendors vs internal trade desk based on campaign needs and goals
  • Develop marketing strategies according to company’s long term development goal
  • Assist team members with campaign executions, client requests and planning sessions
  • Play a leading role in junior team members growth and career paths
  • Provide media budget estimates/recommendations where applicable

Requirements

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
  • Strong leaderships with training capabilities
  • Excellent written, verbal, and editing skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Results-driven attitude; a self-starter who thinks and participates effectively, both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong knowledge of online lead generation tactics
  • Experienced in managing and forecasting or Display initiatives
  • Highly analytical with a data-driven mindset

Additional Qualifications

  • 3+ years digital media, especially in planning and managing display campaigns or trading/buying in display-focused platforms
  • Hands on experience using DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP or other programmatic DSP’s (DV360 preferred).  Google and Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager (a plus).
  • Experience working in Google Analytics
  • Experience with client communication required
  • Bachelor’s degree required
