Project Coordinator- Marketing Team

Location: Remote

Brado seeks a Project Coordinator to join our growing team. Brado’s everyday success relies on the superior skills of this team to handle the ebb and flow of all our business and project details. Brado Project Coordinators must be able to juggle the details of many projects at one time all the while making our clients feel like no one is more on top of their project.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Undertake specific tasks on identified projects under the supervision of a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager
  • Complete relevant documentation including but not limited to: project notes, project status updates, and managing information on the Project Management SharePoint site
  • Formulate and update project timelines for Brado projects as assigned
  • Create and update reports and other necessary project documents as requested
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of distribution of materials, printing, and other items as required for clients
  • Provide support for Brado’s Project Management team

Qualifications & Additional Basic Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Accounting, Communications, Business Management or related field
  • Entry level position – 1-2 years’ experience in a relevant position
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
  • Strongly self-motivated, organized, methodical and detail-oriented
  • Analytical with good problem-solving abilities
  • Able to manage documentation creation
  • Ability to learn & use project management tools (Mavenlink experience is a bonus)
  • Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs like Word and Excel
