Project Manager - Market Research

Brado seeks a Project Manager to join our growing Creative Insight team. Literally, Brado’s everyday success relies on the superior skills of Project Managers handling the ebb and flow of all our business and project details. Brado Project Managers must be able to discern the research recruitment idiosyncrasies between New York, Dallas and Shanghai; all the while making our clients feel like no one is more on top of their project.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate with clients, vendors and our staff on various aspects of a project
  • Create cost estimates, proposals, research schedules, etc.
  • Oversee and manage the timeline of the project to ensure all parties working together and on time
  • Write screeners, re-screeners and lobby questionnaires for the research
  • Oversee recruiting of qualitative participants or that on-line respondents are being recruited accurately
  • Manage the financial aspects of every project
  • Ensure all pre-fieldwork tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with post-fieldwork data analysis, proofreading, report formatting
  • Arrange and monitor travel and other administrative tasks as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Management or related field
  • Active, self-motivated, organized, methodical and detail-oriented
  • Able to work effectively independently and as a part of a team
  • Strong sense of urgency with the ability to multi-task and juggle many responsibilities at once
  • Able to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficient in Mac devices and Microsoft Office programs like Word, Excel (PPT is a must!)
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills and excellent proofreading skills
  • Extra consideration will be given to candidates with market research and/or project management experience
