Senior Director, Insight (Quantitative Segmentation Experience Required)

Position Summary

Brado Insight Senior Directors are strategic, engaging and inspirational leaders. They are able to step in immediately as a lead on all types of projects. Lead large scale quantitative segmentations with minimal oversight.

Insight Senior Directors are consultants, survey writers, planners, innovators, and behavioral scientists rolled into one. They are at the epicenter in each stage of the research and strategic process – from design, to implementation, to analysis, to facilitating activation workshops. Most importantly they deliver strategic insight that inspires our clients. Above all, they must clearly have a passion for engaging data, storytelling, and understanding people.

Insight Senior Directors are on the frontlines of client and agency-facing work and must quickly gain client confidence and build rapport. Our clients expect our Senior Directors to be experts in every element of the strategic insight process. We depend on our Senior Directors to translate data into meaningful, actionable, humanized segments that our clients can successfully leverage for go-to-market strategies.

Insight Senior Directors are self-motivated, needing little supervision. They are gifted strategic thinkers and clear, compelling storytellers who can take data to inspire action.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Research design and proposal writing
  • Custom Survey Writing
  • Creating clear, concise, engaging deliverables
  • Data analysis that goes beyond reporting into storytelling
  • Dynamic presentations and facilitation of client workshops
  • Ability to translate data findings to actionable insight
  • Successfully mentor and inspire junior staff

 

Qualifications

  • Strong experience crafting segmentation surveys and bringing segmentations to life
  • Strong strategic acumen and a passion for solving problems is a must
  • 12+ years experience delivering excellent quantitative client-deliverables in a consultative market research agency setting
  • Ability to inspire trust in a client and lead a strategic relationship with them
  • Pharmaceutical, med tech / med device, consumer health market research experience with patients and health-care professionals is a plus
