VP of Digital Media

The Role

As a VP of Digital Media, you will serve as the Lead Media Voice within Brado’s Activation Group. You will partner with channel leads to address client business objectives through thoughtful integrated media campaigns.

You will direct report to our Chief Digital Officer and set the vision across Paid Media and SEO. You will work directly with internal stakeholders, channel leads, VP of Strategy, and Client Services to ensure the highest quality campaign execution.

Success requires an organized mind who can help implement and review processes across Channel Teams. This is a “Sheriff” role that will bring additional structure and accountability to our integrated Channel Teams.

Qualifications

Problem-solver, with the ability to think clearly under pressure.

5-8 years of experience managing teams focused on paid media advertising comprising of media activation, multi-channel experience preferred (SEO, SEM, PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic).

Experience with budget planning setting KPIs and tracking results.

Extensive experience developing, optimizing, analyzing, and reporting on campaigns across brand and performance objectives.

Experience working with analytics teams on granular program tracking and performance dashboard creation

Experience serving as the tactical liaison between internal stakeholders, channel teams and brand representatives.

Effective time management and project management skills.

Presenting campaign results and engaging in new business pitches.

If you think Batman is better than Superman this would also be viewed as a big plus.

Skills

  • Strong working knowledge of Google Ads or enterprise-level DSPs (e.g. DV360, The Trade Desk, Etc.)
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Team leadership
