We developed and launched international display and video ads (in English and Spanish as they serve the US, Canada and Puerto Rico) to generate awareness for this trusted resource. The ads targeted professional users of the information (e.g., doctors, students and nurses) and the general public.
The Result
Brado measured a 33% lift in branded search impressions for this client over a 120-day period, and saw the ads also increased return user behavior.
Increase attribution insight for sales by using call tracking.
We implemented advanced call tracking for Sparklight Business which provided clarity to improve sales calls.
The Challenge
Sparklight asked Brado to help improve the quantity and quality of sales calls stemming from digital media advertising. After collaborating, the favored approach was to use a call attribution platform to offer clear insight – the channels, campaigns and individual KWs providing the best and worst ROI.
How We Helped
Brado implemented CallRail, a call tracking and recording platform. Brado then integrated this new call tracking technology with Google Analytics, 1st party call reports and paid advertising platforms like Google Ads and Facebook. We further integrated this data to provide clear insights via custom-built performance dashboards created by our data team.
The Result
Brado leveraged this increased attribution to improve understanding of call lead quality – as it related to specific tactics, audiences and channels. Since implementation (early 2020), cost per leads has improved by 30%.
