Eric’s role as Brado’s Chief Financial Officer has been anchored by his broad finance and operations experience. After beginning his career in the audit division of Arthur Anderson, Eric held financial and operational leadership positions at professional services firms and at technology companies.
Eric spent the better part of a decade as CFO of Targetbase, an Omnicom company, as part of the company’s executive team and partner to the CEO. Under his financial leadership, the organization achieved exceptional growth, performance improvement, and margin expansion. Further, Eric led the development of many of the agency’s financial and operational practices, including its performance management and incentive program; its staff planning, scheduling and utilization processes; the agency’s pricing model; and its budgeting and forecasting methodologies.
Most recently Eric served as Chief Operating Officer of Dātu Health, where he worked alongside Andy Parham – now Brado’s CEO. Eric played a pivotal role in leading the organization’s delivery team and its product and technology departments. His partnership with Andy led to Eric becoming co-founder of Blue Holdings (now Brado), where he manages relationships with the company’s capital partners, leads its HR, IT, accounting, and treasury operations and handles M&A negotiations, financing, and diligence.
Eric is a CPA and a graduate of Baylor University.
