Amanda Kealey

Amanda Kealey  Amanda has worked at the intersection of consumer behavior and business strategy in many research and consulting capacities. Entering the business world as a cultural anthropologist fueled her passion for understanding why people do what they do – and continues to drive her collaboration with clients today.

Prior to joining Brädo, Amanda was Managing Director of The SBR Group, Inc. where she led consulting projects for clients like MasterCard, Nestlé Waters and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Most recently she helped health insurance organizations implement marketing and sales programs under the Afford Care Act’s insurance exchanges. With her background in ethnographic research, Amanda designed the The SBR Group’s trademark assessment method used to uncover pathways to increase sales, customer service and marketing outreach.

Earlier in her career Amanda worked for a D.C.-based market research company (the polling company/WomanTrend™) and a Minneapolis-based research and graphic design agency (Fusion Hill). Working on a variety of CPG, aerospace and financial projects for General Mills, The Boeing Corporation and MoneyGram cultivated Amanda’s interest in brand development through qualitative research.

Amanda earned a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Macalester College. An East Coast native, Amanda has lived in many cities and is proud to call St. Louis her new home.
