Key Stakeholder Interviews

We believe that honest conversations form the foundation for team alignment and brand success.

We want to understand in-going perceptions, hypotheses and priorities in order to inform the project design and to create alignment. To ensure transparency and candor from the start, we conduct 30- to 45-minute phone or video interviews with key stakeholders (e.g., VPs, brand team members, research and insights team members, creatives, account planners, account execs, department leads).

These interviews help align your team before the project starts, around questions like, “What are the strengths and weaknesses of your brand? What is the one thing you want to know about your target? How do you define success for this project? For the brand?”
